Each member of Stolen by Stealth are dynamic individuals who are in the midst of exploring their academic interests, and ultimately their academic niche.
Detailed biography.
Researching on stealth technology is an eye-opener for me on what some of the current stealth applications can do (well, mostly in the military context). However, such technology is gradually introduced to the civilian arena for commercial and personal use.

To all Harry Potter fans, isn't it fascinating and exhilarating to see some of the stealthy stuns from Harry Potter such as the invisibility cloak turn into reality? Well, stealth technology is definitely a technology that has great potential in changing the world and one that is worth to look forward to!
What can I say? I love Harry Potter.

Thus, when we came across 'invisibility cloaks' in our research when deciding on a topic to present on for our TWC course, of course I had to find out more about it as well as other sorts of stealth technology. The awesome potential behind this technology simply stole my breath away, hence our group name - Stolen by Stealth.

Creating this website has been a whirlwind of fun and the discovery of a whole wealth of knowledge for us, hope you learn as much as we have from this website too :)
Hi everyone,

I hope you could gain a better understand of stealth technology by going through your website :)

We had lots of fun doing research on this interesting topic and I believe that the future of stealth will be even more interesting.

As the customary "female" of this group, I am predisposed to write enthusiastically about military technologies, but that's no fun, we wanted to bring some new ideas into play, and we thought, well we all enjoyed the Harry Potter movies, so why not? Obviously we don't want to sound like children, we are undergraduates after all, so what was the single most awe-inspiring, realistically reproducible technology we read in the books? Stealth. And that's how Stolen by Stealth came about.
